Options 1 and 3 are designed to be printed one-side-per-page, resulting in 45 total pages. Options 2 and 4 are designed to be printed as a book. Print all of the odd-numbered pages first, resulting in a total of 23 printed pages. Then print the second page on the backside of the first page, the fourth page on the backside of the third page and so on. The backside of the final page (or the back cover of the book) will be blank. The margins of the odd-numbered pages and the margins of the even-numbered pages are mirrored so that the end result will look like a book.
